Program Review Evaluation Process

Once a program review document has been created, it will go through a review process.  This review process will provide multiple opportunities for feedback. 

First, the program review document will be evaluated by the appropriate dean.  院长的职责是整体评估文件中任何可以改进的地方，并同意他/或她同意所提供的信息.  如果院长希望做出改变，院长和项目将合作完成.  一旦院长批准了这份文件，他或她将把它交给评估协调员.

Between FY 2009 and FY 2014, CCC department chairs annually conducted program review. 所使用的模式是由系主任和系主任在2008年开发的，并在2009财年进行了试点. 2010年建立了一个审查周期，每隔三到五年对项目进行审查. 每个系主任每年至少进行一次部门计划审查，偶尔会有一年的中断.

Additional sections of the program review included addressing results from assessment of student learning and programmatic changes as a result of assessment results; frequency of curricular review and curricular updates; the program’s role in meeting College curricular needs, such as general education requirements, 多元文化课程, prerequisites or requirement for other programs; and the program’s accomplishments in support of the College’s current Strategic Plan.
